What we mean by timeless design
How we separate what is fashionable from what lasts.
Timelessness is not a style but a way of deciding. We care more about how a material will look in ten years than how it looks today.
That is why we reduce the number of surfaces. A room built from three materials almost always outlives one built from eight.
Lighting follows the same logic: we design the surface the light lands on, not the fixture. When the fixture is replaced, the room still holds.
